Doncaster 3108 sits inside our eastern suburbs zone, where we target 15 minutes from the Box Hill hub. The phone is answered every hour of the year, the price is settled before a van moves, and the work covers lockouts, lock changes, rekeying, car keys, repairs and safes.
Call Now: 03 4821 3333Doncaster has added a lot of apartment stock around the shopping centre, which brings fob entry and euro cylinders into a suburb that was almost entirely detached housing. A lost fob and a lost key are two different problems with two different fixes, and that catches people out here constantly.
The 15 minute figure above is measured from the Box Hill hub, not averaged across the city, which is why it is a number rather than "as soon as we can". Ring 03 4821 3333 and a person picks up, prices the job from what you describe, and sends the nearest van. If the job on arrival is not the job described, we stop and re-quote.
Doncaster work splits roughly two ways: the calls that cannot wait, and the ones that are cheaper because they did. Lockouts and snapped keys fall in the first group. Rekeying after settlement, a back door that has never had a deadbolt, and a spare car key cut while you still hold a working one all fall in the second.
15 minute target from our Box Hill hub, priced before anyone is dispatched, answered any hour.
Doncaster sits in our eastern suburbs zone, where we target 15 minutes. That figure comes from the distance to the zone hub at Box Hill, not from an average across Melbourne. You get a realistic time confirmed on the phone before we dispatch.
Eastern suburbs. Box Hill and Balwyn out through Doncaster, Ringwood and Knox to Lilydale. We run our zones separately rather than quoting one arrival time across all of Melbourne, because the zones are too far apart for a single number to be honest.
Yes. We operate 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including public holidays. After-hours and holiday rates apply and are quoted before we attend.
