Patterson Lakes 3197 sits inside our frankston & the south-east zone, where we target 25 minutes from the Frankston hub. The phone is answered every hour of the year, the price is settled before a van moves, and the work covers lockouts, lock changes, rekeying, car keys, repairs and safes.
Call Now: 03 4821 3333Patterson Lakes is a canal estate, and that makes it genuinely unusual to work in. Many homes have a water frontage and a private jetty as a second access point entirely, and constant waterside humidity is hard on hardware. Rear and jetty-side doors deserve the same attention as the street-facing ones.
The 25 minute figure above is measured from the Frankston hub, not averaged across the city, which is why it is a number rather than "as soon as we can". Ring 03 4821 3333 and a person picks up, prices the job from what you describe, and sends the nearest van. If the job on arrival is not the job described, we stop and re-quote.
Patterson Lakes work splits roughly two ways: the calls that cannot wait, and the ones that are cheaper because they did. Lockouts and snapped keys fall in the first group. Rekeying after settlement, a back door that has never had a deadbolt, and a spare car key cut while you still hold a working one all fall in the second.
25 minute target from our Frankston hub, priced before anyone is dispatched, answered any hour.
Patterson Lakes sits in our frankston & the south-east zone, where we target 25 minutes. That figure comes from the distance to the zone hub at Frankston, not from an average across Melbourne. You get a realistic time confirmed on the phone before we dispatch.
Frankston & the south-east. Frankston and everything within about 12 kilometres of it — Seaford, Carrum, Langwarrin, Mount Eliza, Patterson Lakes and out to Mornington. We run our zones separately rather than quoting one arrival time across all of Melbourne, because the zones are too far apart for a single number to be honest.
Yes. We operate 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including public holidays. After-hours and holiday rates apply and are quoted before we attend.
